Meal Planning Ideas
Step 1 - Make you list of meals for the week
Find Your meals and try to group things together.... (2 chicken meals and 2 seafood... maybe do steak or pork the second week
Step 2 - Make your shopping list
Make a list of what you have to get, check for spices and other items that are needed (butter, oil, etc)
Step 3 - Shop!
Step 4 - Group all of the items for preperation and get all containers ready. Everything for chopping, everything that needs to be boiled ....
Step 5 - Chop! Mix! Measure!
