Pilates
Pilates is a low impact class which strengthens the core and tones the body. This is a great class for older children to participate in during class as well!
Modifications are available for all levels of participants.

5K Training
Our "Couch to 5K" training program is for those looking to work up to a 3.1 mile run in 10 week's time.
No experience needed. This program includes:

Boot Camp
Take your fitness to the next level with our Boot Camp classes.
Our boot camp class is offered in the summer months and is sure to make you sweat with a mixture of endurance and strengthening exercises!
