Pilates
Pilates is a low impact class which strengthens the core and tones the body. This is a great class for older children to participate in during class as well!
Modifications are available for all levels of participants.
Currently no offerings until we find an indoor space to accommodate class

Boot Camp
Take your fitness to the next level with our Boot Camp classes.
Our boot camp class is offered in the summer months and is sure to make you sweat with a mixture of endurance and strengthening exercises!
The whole family is welcomed, participation of any age is always optional!
