Pilates is a great way to strengthen your core post-baby and requires nothing but your body and a yoga mat. No experience needed. We provide modifications for all fitness and experience levels.
Couch to 5K
10 week "Couch to 5K" training program. No experience needed. We will end every class with 10 minutes of core work.
Program includes: Weekly group run, private Facebook group for participants, running newsletter and T Shirt (optional)
