While I have always struggled with weight, the year following my son's birth was by far the hardest year for me to take care of my own health.


At nearly a year post partum, I found myself at 100 pounds above my prepregnancy weight and regardless of what I knew in terms of health and fitness, I was struggling to make it stick.  


I decided to try a program that changed my life, and now coach others through this program as well as many others.   The beauty of it is that you learn nutrition and fitness and can do it at home.
