Pilates

Currently we do not have a studio space to offer this class, but one may be coming! Updated 2024

Pilates is a great way to strengthen your core post-baby and requires nothing but your body and a yoga mat. No experience needed. We provide modifications for all fitness and experience levels.    

Wherever you are in your fitness journey, you will be encouraged in a kid-friendly, positive environment!

Classes are about more than just fitness, they are about community building and feeling less alone in the parenting journey.

 
While kids are never required, children of all ages welcome in class, multiples welcomed too, prices include one caretaker and as many kids as want to participate.

Boot Camp 

Join us for our summer boot camp series at Riverfront Park in Glastonbury! This session will focus on adults and growing kids who are interested in participating in class as well. 

All classes will offer a variety of options for all levels and ages.  Children who don't want to participate can always play!  

Each week of the 4 week session will have a slightly different focus (weight training, cardio training, high interval training, etc).

All levels and ages are always welcome.

  

Couch to 5K

Currently we do not have an offering for this class.   Updated 2024

10 week "Couch to 5K" training program.  No experience needed.   We will end every class with 10 minutes of core work.

 

Program includes: Weekly group run & core class, private Facebook group for participants
