Pilates is a great way to strengthen your core post-baby and requires nothing but your body and a yoga mat. No experience needed. We provide modifications for all fitness and experience levels.
Boot Camp NEW SERIES 7/21/21
Join us for our summer boot camp series at Riverfront Park in Glastonbury! Children are welcome to play or stroll with us as we workout.
All you need is your body and a yoga mat, and you'll definitely get in a great workout! All levels welcome.
Wherever you are in your fitness journey, you will be encouraged in a kid-friendly, positive environment! Classes are about more than just fitness, they are about community building and feeling less alone in the parenting journey.
While kids are never required, children of all ages welcome in class, multiples welcomed too!!

Covid -19 Update and Policies
Participants showing signs of sickness or having been exposed to someone with Covid -19 are asked to stay home from class
If the instructor is sick/exposed to Covid-19 a new class will be scheduled as a make up
Masks are optional, but welcomed!
Kid snacks & water must be held near the caregiver to avoid kids sharing during classes
Equipment will be shared (weights, etc) but wipes, sanitizer & Lysol are available for all participants during class
Classes held outside until further notice with proper spacing for adults

10 week "Couch to 5K" training program. No experience needed. We will end every class with 10 minutes of core work (class will come back Spring 2020)
